PGY-1 and PGY-2 Preceptor
Dr. San Agustin received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of California, San Diego in La Jolla, CA in 2018. She completed her PGY1 general acute care residency at the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ and her PGY2 specialty residency in cardiology at AdventHealth Orlando in Orlando, FL. After residency, she accepted her current position as a clinical pharmacy specialist in cardiology. She enjoys the opportunity to serve as a preceptor for both pharmacy students and residents, as well as work alongside cardiology fellows and medical residents. Dr. San Agustin keeps a pulse on current cardiology and pharmacy practices through her memberships with the American College of Cardiology (ACC), Heart Failure Society of America (HFSA), International Society for Heart and Lung Transplantation (ISHLT), American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP), and American Society of Health System Pharmacists (ASHP).
