Dr. Simmont received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Southern Nevada College of Pharmacy in Henderson, NV in 2009.  She then completed an ASHP-accredited pharmacy practice residency at University Medical Center of Southern Nevada, after which she accepted a position as a clinical pharmacy specialist in pediatrics. She became a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) in 2011. Dr. Simmont precepts PGY-1 and PGY-2 pharmacy residents and students from Roseman University of Health Sciences.
